Terms and Conditions

Your contribution is not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute a maximum of $2,300. By submitting your contribution, you agree that your contribution is designated for the 2009 election. Individuals are strictly prohibited from reimbursing another person for making a contribution to Committee to Elect Amesbury Your Judge. To comply with Pennsylvania law, we must use best efforts to obtain, maintain, and submit the name, mailing address, occupation of individuals whose contributions exceed $50 in an election cycle. Corporation checks are not acceptable.

Refunds and Return Policy

Please note that contributions are non refundable. As such there will be no returns or refunds of contributions under any circumstances. All contributions to the Amesbury for Judge campaign are final.
